Introduction
Who is submitting?
In this part of the questionnaire you can give us information about you, your company or organization. You
can let us know if you are: (1) a practitioner (working for himself), (2) representing an organization,
company or institution who practices AMAT/AAA, (3) an organization providing training for AMAT/AAA
practioners, (4) a company lending horses for AMAT/AAA activities or (5) riding instructor who is involved in
AMAT/AAA activities. Depending on your answer you are directed to the part of the questionnaire suited for
you.

Contact Data of submitter

Please fill in the following part of the questionnaire, the contact data of you, your company or organization. Within the questionnaire your answers will be analyzed anonymously. At the end of this part we will ask you if we may keep your contact data, independant from the questionnaire for contact data base on AMAT/AAA contacts within the LDV-project.

We want to know in which funcion you are answering this questionnaire; (1) for yourself as practitioner in

AMAT/AAA, (2) as representative of an organization being in charge of AMAT/AAA activities or educations for AMAT/AAA practitioners. Please choose the combination fitting for your situation. From this moment on all your submitted answers will be used anonymously for the survey analysis. The following questions ask explanation about the education, basic training, equestrian training and AMAT/AAA training of you (as contact person for an organization or practitioner in AMAT/AAA).

We would like to know more about the qualifications and function of your emloyees/volunteers involved in AMAT/AAA activities

Give a description of the working model and methods you, your company or organization is using when
carrying out/teaching AMAT/AAA activities. In the following questions we want to know how you see the relationship between the horse, client and practitioner. Also we would like to know what methods, methodologies and working models you use.
